Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid)

The Account Associate II role supports the CCT Regulatory Services team. This department serves as an extension of the lines of business across CCT in the administration of their various products and services. Our goal is to enhance control, improve processes, and provide services that are consistent where possible and custom where necessary.

  • Completion of assigned tasks for monthly, event based and annual SEC reporting processes, including management of Issuer shelves, verbal communication with Issuers and their counsel and submitting filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Completing regulatory reporting functions for monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
  • Review of ABS, CDC, CMAS and RMAS governing documents for Reg AB requirements, ensuring accurate setup in the system of record.
  • Review of annual compliance packages and verbal or written communication with residential and commercial servicers to ensure all compliance requirements have been met.
  • Assisting with special projects and ad hoc requests for various processes handled by the team.

What will you bring to the role?

As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a strong background in building customer relationships and who can meet critical deadlines on moderately complex accounts. You will possess the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve client success.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust, customer service, regulatory reporting or financial services
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solving and resolution skills
  • Communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $43629 - $56,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
