Role Summary:
Coordinate our Theater Automation systems and information technologies with an emphasis on overseeing the installation, configuration, and testing of new systems. Manage the application development backlog for Digital Platforms. Review and analyze feature and enhancement requests, develop an appropriate technical strategy, and collaborate with vendors, the development team, and business stakeholders regarding the scope and prioritization of action items as needed. Analyze business needs/requests and recommend technical solutions for adequate resolution. Research and troubleshoot application issues, identify workarounds, and appropriately prioritize them in the development backlog. Create end user documentation for the applications and provide support and training for end users. Maintain working knowledge of relevant technology requirements, trends, and new developments which could impact business operations, including conducting relevant research and recommending new products and services to business stakeholders. Coordinate the implementation of application development projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of experience overseeing the installation, configuration, and testing of new systems; theatre IT Project management; and analyzing business needs and/or requests, and recommending technical solutions for adequate resolution.
