2025 Internship Program:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Corporate Internship Program located at the Cinemark Service Center in Plano, TX.
This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an inclusive and collaborative environment. As an Intern, you will work closely with a professional mentor, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable insights into the corporate world.
This is a 10-week paid learning experience from June 2nd to August 8th, offering $15.00 per hour. Interns will follow a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and will work 40 hours per week during standard business hours.
The role of a Brand and Events Marketing Intern:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand & Events Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both branding and event marketing. The intern will work closely with the Peer Coaches and other team members to support and execute key projects aimed at enhancing our brand presence and event marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing:
- Conduct marketing competitive monitoring and market research
- Support the Cinemark Brand Ambassadors Program
- Develop marketing communications tools and support social media HR content development
- Support the launch of Gamescape and other new market initiatives
Event Marketing:
- Assist in creating sales materials and upsell opportunities for private events
- Evaluate the success of field trip flat pricing and other event-related initiatives
- Provide sales support and process improvements for event marketing
- Assist in internal marketing audits and competitive marketing analysis
Project Goals:
- Enhance brand awareness and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective event marketing strategies
- Improve process efficiency and support marketing efforts for new market opportunities
Requirements:
- Currently a junior or senior at an accredited university
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Planning, or related fields
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong interest in branding and event marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data
