Role Summary:
The ACD of Motion Content is a creative innovator, a master storyteller of short format content. Part traditional creative, part content creator, this person possesses the unique ability to make a piece of content from start to finish-ideate, design, shoot, edit, animate, deliver. They'll generate breakthrough content across paid and owned channels including CTV, paid social, organic social, digital OOH, digital menu boards, promotional trailers and other forms of in-theater marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the creative concepting for content projects from inception of ideas to execution of final deliverables.
- Collaborates with internal marketing, creative, producers and project management teams to ensure the content is on brand, within budget, and delivered on time.
- Directs and shoots photo and video content to promote Cinemark offerings like merch, food & beverage, and our amenities.
- Edits content, applies motion GFX, and exports content for producers to traffic and social media managers to upload to platforms.
- Applies motion design to existing artwork for digital menu boards and billboards that drive purchase intent of our offerings.
- Develops motion design systems to scale art work accross variuos platforms, aspect ratios, and media buys.
- Creates shot lists and plugs into 3rd party producitons to capture content for owned social channels.
- Provides insight to new technology and design trends.
Requirements:
- 8+ years professional motion content experience at an agency, brand or production studio.
- BS/BA in graphic design, motion graphics, content creator or related field.
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates experience working with video content across various digital and social channels.
- Fluent in mac-based Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on After Effects.
- Technical ability to shoot, edit, animate, and design photo + video content from idea to executed deliverable.
- Collaborative but also can work independently based on task.
- Comfortable operating camera equipmement within our internal studio or outside our office at one of our theater locations.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to produce content in a fast-paced environment.
