Principal Program Lead, Strategic Reinvestment - National Alignment

Overview

The National Alignment team was established to partner with ER Real Estate and Strategic Reinvestment to support the development and construction of major capital investments at existing restaurants. The Principal Program Lead role will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing program changes as well as establishing efficiencies for the entire program. They will require a "can do" "get it done" attitude with the ability to bring others along in the process. This person will contribute innovative thinking and imagine future needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a wide network of successful relationships with key individuals in other departments
  • Partner with the National Alignment Lead in the coordination/implementation of efforts involving other groups within Chick-fil-A
  • Navigate challenges with no obvious solution and no set direction
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of Strategic Reinvestment to help evolve business needs/requirements
  • Help drive consistent execution across SR and CPS
  • Be a thought partner in the building and expansion of the National Alignment team
  • SR/CPS Program Lead Focused Responsibilities:
    • Provide strategic leadership in the identification and implementation of foundational consistencies
    • Partner with key stakeholders in the establishment of new processes/protocol
    • Partner with key stakeholders in the creation of an onboarding/training program, as well as lead efforts in the maintenance of standards
  • Vendor Management: Liaison with key stakeholders (e.g. Program Lead, National Accounts, JLL, etc.) on challenges, process improvement opportunities, supply chain items and proactive initiatives as it relates to CFA vendors


Minimum Qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Background in Construction, Development, Real Estate, or Project Management related to these fields.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Science, Business Administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high workload volume and lead multiple projects in various stages
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Intimate knowledge and understanding of the various roles within the program and its impact on our work
  • Ability to independently work through challenges to develop solutions and plans for implementation
