Our Opportunity:
At Chewy, it is our mission to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners vets and service providers alike. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That’s why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers!
Are you a strategic, data-savvy product leader passionate about delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable impact to our supply chain? Join Chewy’s Fulfillment Technology team as a Senior Technical Product Manager, where you will craft and implement a product vision focused on streamlining fulfillment center operations through technology powered by data science and intelligent automation.

- Deliver Scalable Solutions: Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and requirement definition to development, testing, and rollout.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to find opportunities for machine learning and predictive analytics to enhance fulfillment processes.
- Prioritize for Impact: Use data insights, customer feedback, and simulation to prioritize features and improvements.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate across engineering, operations, data science, and analytics to ensure seamless execution and adoption of new tools and features.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Define and track important metrics to measure product success, inform future investments, and iterate on product improvements.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain); Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions in operations, fulfillment, warehousing, or other data-driven environments.
- Experience collaborating on optimization or data science projects—ideally in logistics or fulfillment domains—with an understanding of data science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Strong business sense with the ability to balance critical thinking and detailed execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Established experience in handling cross-functional projects with different partners.
- Comfort with using data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to analyze trends and guide product decisions.
Bonus:
- Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain optimization.
- Certification in Agile methodologies or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, SAFe).
