Chewy’s Content team is seeking a hard-working and collaborative Branded Content Campaign Manager in Bellevue, WA; Boston, MA or Plantation, FL offices to drive our growing portfolio of branded content partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of editorial, influencer, and advertising, and handles the full lifecycle of sponsored content campaigns, ensuring every result is on brand and aligned with strategic goals. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in editorial and content marketing who knows how to bring brand storytelling to life through articles, social media, influencer activations, and paid ads. You’ll work closely with category managers and marketing channel leads across Chewy to bring these campaigns to market.

As a key player on the Sponsored Content team, you'll help bring brand partnerships to life across Chewy and PetMD through compelling campaigns that span articles, social posts, sponsored videos, influencer content, and more. You'll drive every stage of the process from pitching ideas to leading execution to ensuring all activations align with Chewy’s editorial voice and deliver value to partners.

What You’ll Do 

  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to develop and pitch sponsored content ideas that meet partner goals and reflect Chewy’s tone and mission.
  • Craft persuasive proposals and proactively identify new brand partnership opportunities beyond existing relationships.
  • Lead day-to-day communications with vendors throughout campaign lifecycles from kickoff through post-campaign reporting.
  • Schedule and run kickoff calls, bringing together key action items, and build clear tactical plans outlining results, deadlines, and assets needed.
  • Run campaign execution across multiple touchpoints, including editorial articles, branded hubs, homepage features, social posts, banners, and influencer content.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to keep all projects on track.
  • Send creative drafts (e.g., articles, social assets, hub mockups) for vendor feedback and approvals.
  • Track and follow up on all materials including assets, bios, copy edits, and approvals to ensure timely delivery.
  • Deliver final links to live activations across platforms.
  • Monitor ongoing performance and recommend changes as needed to improve performance.
  • Build post-campaign recap decks with performance highlights, insights, and strategic ideas for future collaborations.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of professional experience in editorial content, branded content, or content marketing, ideally within a digital, publishing, or e-commerce environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills. You'll be organized, proactive, collaborative, skilled at pitching ideas, securing consensus, and driving opportunities from concept to execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to lead multiple campaigns to execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain tactical timelines and create slide presentations in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • A sharp editorial eye and understanding of how content, influencer, and sponsored ads can work together to tell a cohesive story.
  • Content marketing and strategy expertise to articulate the value of offerings and develop custom packages that get results.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced and cross-functional environment with lots of moving parts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with brand partners or advertisers.
  • Familiarity with PetMD or Chewy content and pet health and wellness.
  • Background in content operations, media planning, or influencer marketing.

Hub Locations & Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid Model: 3 days in hub location per week
  • Remote: This role is NOT a remote role.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.

Base Salary Range
$96,000$153,500 USD
