Associate Marketing Manager

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking an Associate Marketing Campaign Manager in Bellevue, WA or Boston WA. The Marketing Campaign Manager owns a high volume of digital campaign planning and coordination across onsite placements, promotions, email, offsite Ads, and new tactics. We are looking for an e-commerce marketer with program management experience. You will also be responsible for building our internal campaign operations process, implementing operation best practices, and driving our marketing tools/software requirements and adoption.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, create, and coordinate ditigal marketing campaigns for vendors across onsite merchandising, email, direct mail, offsite Ads, and new tactics.
  • Manage and own all campaign inputs and coordinations to include: creative assets, campaign briefs/messaging, SKU input, click through experience/destination, promotional offers, etc.
  • Own end-to-end our creative tracking process to ensure that campaign briefs and creative tickets, vendor feedback are submitted and processed within SLA.
  • Create, document, drive alignment on our marketing program process and operating model.
  • Drive campaign efficiency by deep diving into our marketing campaign operation process to develop marketing product/software requirements as input to building internal/external tools.
  • Inspect and assess our current campaign process. Propose new process to drive efficiency and implementing change management by working across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Work closely with vendors marketing content, Sr Marketing Managers, Category Management, Integrated Marketing, Site Merchandising, Adverising team to gather inputs (messaging, creative, etc.) and execute best-in-class vendor campaigns.
  • Meticulously own multiple projects, ensuring clearly articulated goals and efficient, scalable execution.

What You'll Need:

  • BA/BS with minimum of 1 year in e-commerce marketing, digital/paid marketing, marketing operations, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the aptitude to manage high volume of campaigns and coordination across a wide set of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compelling presentation skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written, and email skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box to achieve results
  • Ability to use data analysis to inform business decisions and translate those into action plans.
  • Ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically when needed.
  • Thrive in fast-paced culture with ability to make decisions even when dealing with ambiguity.
