The Revenue Enablement team consists of three pillars dedicated to specific capability sets. In light of our strategic focus on Enterprise for 2024, additional capacity is crucial. We propose the creation of a new role to fulfil responsibilities within the "Global Delivery" pillar, focusing on Sales Methodology regional delivery, Industry and Product, and Tools Training. The addition of this role will enhance our capability to scale regionalization in native language, manage initiative local launch and adoption (incl. New launches, tech stack), and contribute to cross-functional strategic projects, ultimately freeing up Sales, SE, and Account Manager Leaders' time by taking on the delivery and communication in the native language - which is something they currently have to do because of lack of enablement capacity and which takes them away from revenue-driving responsibilities.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams such as People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams across APAC.

  • Translate and Deliver training in native languages in Mandarin and English.

  • Regionalize and Deliver regional Enablement initiatives, including Onboarding, and Ramping programs - both in-person and remotely.

  • Identify needs for, build and deliver regional training courses and programs for the APAC Commercial teams

  • Gather feedback from the Revenue Leadership team regularly to improve in-region support

  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales teams when onboarding specific Commercial org roles in the region

  • Build out training and regional content for e-learning and live in-person training

  • Promote our CMS and LMS platform best practices

  • Developing and driving the Sales Enablement function across the APAC offices

  • Scaling Coaching Services: Work towards a "Coaching as a service" model for Commercial People, leveraging the coaching framework from CKO Revenue Way Program

  • Managing Tech Stack Adoption: thoughtfully manage and measure Tech Stack adoption, ensuring alignment with Tech Stack owners and Commercial Org stakeholders.

  • Be the main POC for APAC Revenue development and activation for key market initiatives (i.e. marketing campaigns activation)

Qualifications

  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training or an equivalent role

  • Experience in payments, preferably in a merchant-facing role

  • Experience in a similar Enablement - Training role, or BDR, SDR, Sales roles, preferably within the FinTech, Financial Services, or Tech Industry

  • Tech-savvy and data-driven

  • Passionate about training and development

  • Experience in content creation for Sales

  • Good understanding of the Complex Sales cycles

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders

  • Fluent in English, and Chinese (Mandarin)
