Design, develop, and automate provisioning and reconciliation of user access solutions for different applications such as Active Directory, OUD, Workday, O365, databases, mainframe systems, etc. Design and implement role engineering and entitlement rationalization for Database Access Governance, which includes database intake, communication, data gathering, role analysis, role signoffs and implementing the changes closely with IAM Engineering to deliver the proposed solutions and provide strategic technical directions across the team. Work closely with peer groups to achieve organizational objectives. Design the workflows and implement attestation/certification of user access across the enterprise and close loop remediation. Provide production support for all the upgrades, integration, customization of the identity management product through the centralized tracking system. Design and develop directory service solution to manage users from the heterogeneous repositories for authentication and data retrieval. Develop strategy to reduce risk and ensure the enterprise is compliant through implementation of identity and access management solution. Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab's internal approach to workplace flexibility.

Salary Range: $139,464 - $160,800

What you have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation or a Master's degree and 48 months of experience. Experience must include the following: Solving access rights for Active Directory (AD); Service objects, Security Groups and GPOs; Technical issues for AD, IAM, and PAM App; Performing Entitlement, Role, and Groups analysis; Design, Develop and automate provisioning and reconciliation of user access solutions for different applications, including Active Directory, OUD, Workday, O365, databases, and mainframe systems; Role Engineering and entitlement rationalization for Database Access Governance, including database intake, communication, data gathering, role analysis, role signoffs and implementing the changes; and Implementing OAuth and OpenID for mobile and non-browser solution using Ping Federate.
