We are seeking a versatile professional to perform business analysis, technical project management and scrum master. This role involves driving project success, facilitating agile processes, and ensuring business objectives are met through effective analysis and communication. This position will be part of Data Platform and Managed Investing data delivery team. The team is responsible data delivery for Managed Investing/ Managed Accounts, foundation data platform for Schwab Asset Management (SAM) to enable operational consumption , Business Intelligence(BI) reporting and Analytics. Team consists of Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Data Engineers, API Engineers and SDETs, all working together to develop and maintain critical data pipelines and infrastructure for our Investment Management business.

  • Manage the day-to-day development activities such as assigned project work, running the business, and defect and bug management.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, program increment planning, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and guide the teams on agile principles, practices, and tools and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis on data projects to understand source data and consumption.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain requirement documentation, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist the Delivery lead on overseeing the lifecycle of data projects through delivery.
  • Track project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating with Product owner to guidance on requirements guidance and support to teams.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in business analysis, technical program management, and/or Scrum Master roles.
  • 5+ years' experience with software development, data analysis, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • 5+ years' experience using SQL
  • 5+ years' experience with agile methodologies and SDLC
  • 2+ years experience with Snowflake / Redshift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: CFA, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications.
  • Industry Experience: Finance , Investments
