As a Senior Client Relationship Specialist- Private Wealth Services, you will have the opportunity to bring your passion for customer service to a role and a firm that will champion your growth in the financial services industry. You'll play a critical role in the operational success of this local Schwab branch, under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, both of whom you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience. Development and growth are at the core of this role. What you have

We place a premium on high performance, quality service and the ability to execute the Schwab strategy. Essential skills include:

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 9/10 license is required
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and/or securities industry
  • Ultra High Net Worth client experience is preferred not required
  • 2+ years in a client service capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance policies associated with brokerage business
  • Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated passion for building strong, personal relationships with our clients and the ability to uncover client needs
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize issues and invest time where appropriate
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Need to be able to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
