We are seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our NZ team!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Data processing job orders and organising collection and delivery of customer shipments
  • Liaising with customers, agents, carriers and other World Courier offices
  • Preparing and executing customer shipments for air export and air import
  • Utilising company's shipment processing systems and completing regulatory clearances
  • Organise shipment collections and deliveries with domestic and international agents
  • Actively monitoring shipments in transit, initiating effective action as necessary to rectify issues.
  • Basic customer service tasks
  • Collect and deliver customer shipments which may include pharmaceuticals, biologicals and dangerous goods.
  • Prepare temperature-controlled packaging systems as required

What are we looking for?

  • Must have and always maintain a current New Zealand driver licence
  • Must be able to:
  • Work rostered hours mainly 11:00am - 7:30pm, Monday to Friday, which includes working additional hours as business demands
  • Work weekends and public holidays when required
  • Be on-call and perform on-call duties as rostered
  • Attend callouts as necessary
  • Have the ability to work autonomously during weekends and public holidays
