What you will be doing

We now have an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and high performing team as our new Customer Care Advisor (Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm, 9am-5pm or 9.30am-5.30pm).

What will you do?

You will embody Alloga's core values in providing the highest level of Customer Care to both our Clients and Customers. Working as part of an established team, reporting into the section Supervisor and Team Leader, you will be required to respond with Client and Customer enquiries to a high professional standard. Bank Holiday working will be required.

Key responsibilities;

  • Communicate with Customer and Clients, and co-ordinate responses from internal departments
  • Process orders in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Manage e-mail enquiries and facilitate performance reporting

What will you bring?

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work accurately and efficiently, with the ability to work alongside a dedicated team, but also work on your own initiative. Service minded, you will be a strong communicator with both internal colleagues, and Clients and Customers, and able to prioritise according to workload. Potential opportunities for advancement within department.

Key skills & attributes;

  • Previous Customer Service or Order Entry Experience preferred
  • Service orientated with the ability to work well within a team environment
  • Well organise with Excellent PC and administrative skills
  • A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner
