You will be joining one of the fastest-growing segments in the IT industry. You will be WWT's Enterprise Agreement subject matter expert and will craft sales strategies that guide customers through their licensing journeys. You will interact with virtually all levels of our company and sell into senior leadership personnel. There will be ample opportunity to forge relationships with OEM sales & product teams where you'll be able to provide insights that will shape future GTM offers. You will also get the chance to present on company-wide sales meetings and create public-facing sales collateral for our platform. What will you be doing?

Associate Software Advisors are responsible for supporting primarily Cisco Software pre-sales activities in conjunction with WWT Sr Software Advisors. In the role you will help to identify EA sales opportunities, educate customers and sales teams on the benefits of EA's, be the voice of WWT's market-leading EA service methodology, enable operational efficiencies in quoting and ensure proper processes/procedures are followed to execute contracts. As an Associate Software Advisor, the optimal candidate will have a passion for learning, be a team player, and possess an independent drive to deliver customer delight. The candidate will be expected to engage directly with customers, be a thought leader, and ensure a consistent process is established to support customer product/feature requests over a contract term. This position would be perfect for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys developing processes, and wants to quickly grow into taking on more responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To learn and understand Cisco's EA enrolment terms
  • Become an expert on Cisco quoting tools such as CCW and EAMP
  • Develop knowledge and experience supporting Cisco True Forward and Additional Product cycles, inclusive of quote creation and budgetary pricing calculation
  • Develop strong internal relationships and strong Cisco relationships
  • Act as a liaison between Software Advisors, Account Managers, Consulting Systems Engineers, Customer Success and Sales Operations team to ensure customer requests to modify subscriptions are addressed efficeintly
  • Own the Enterprise Agreement renewals process inclusive of Salesforce Opportunity Creation, organizing and running kickoff meetings, tracking and management of renewals progression and reporting on renewals business
  • Leverage data to help identify new EA opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), Cisco Sales Connect, Salesforce, ORCA, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex customer challenges
  • Proven track record of introducing new thoughts and process to deliver better customer experience
  • Cisco software product and program knowledge a plus
  • Strong project or process development skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
  • Proven experience developing strong working relationships with peers and project members
  • Strong business acumen
  • Highly organized with the ability to easily toggle between tasks and areas of focus
