What you will be doing
- Maintain and develop relationship with the company key accounts
- Secure established business, identify and develop growth opportunities of key accounts
- Understand, meet and exceed key account's service requirements
- Communicate and distribute knowledge, trends and innovations to develop company's general business and relationship management of main customers
- Maintain and execute the appropriate account plan, identifying and supporting growth opportunities and ensuring World Courier is aligned to support the customers' current and future needs
- Ensure long-term strategic planning and continuous development of dedicated key accounts
- Ensure key account satisfaction or investigate and solve complaints regarding services and procedures by using a consultative selling approach
- Monitor and analyze extraordinary development of turnover and/or other key metrics
- Maintain and intensify relationships with key accounts by conducting customer reviews and care meetings

What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or comparable education / experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Industry experience and knowledge or equivalent
- Logistics and/or healthcare background is preferred
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Working knowledge of consultative and strategic selling techniques
- Experience with Value Based Selling methodology
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution
- Ability to interpret industry trends
- Natural Presentation and negotiation abilities
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with colleagues nationally and internationally
