The Role
The Total Rewards Analyst will perform a wide variety of compensation, employee recognition, and benefits support activities. This position is an integral part of the HR function, partnering with HR Managers, Recruiters, and People and Culture teams to execute the HR priorities in support of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with annual compensation review process.
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis, support administration of compensation programs, and consult on compensation-related inquires and issues.
- Assist in design, implementation and administration of base pay and variable pay incentive programs.
- Participate in annual compensation surveys and ensure survey matches are maintained for all job profiles.
- Key stakeholder in various project including data clean-up, implementation of a new benchmarking tool, compensation system review project, and any other ad-hoc projects and analysis.
- Assist with the administration of CCC's long-term incentive/equity plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
- Assist in the administration and analysis of CCC's sales incentive and commission plans.
- Oversee and manage CCC's rewards and recognition program.
- Provide support for EEO and other reporting needs.
- Assist with internal and external compliance audits.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, IT, Finance, and Legal teams on all compensation and recognition-related matters.
- Support benefit programs, events and wellness initiatives, as needed.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree
- 1+ years of compensation or total rewards experience
- Must be a self-starter and analytically oriented
- Working knowledge of HCM software, Workday is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Must have the ability to: easily identify inconsistencies in data; multi-task in a fast-paced environment; work independently; and interact in a professional manner with all levels of employees.
