Salary range is:
$45,680.00 - $65,000.00
This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for all new hires, while supporting the recruiting team through high-volume periods and strategic talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, with hiring managers, and the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Offer Candidate Experience:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates after offer acceptance.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to start date including monitoring background checks and drug screens.
- Manage all new hire communications and follow-up tasks.
- Responsible for generating reports to keep IT, procurement, recruiters and hiring managers updated on status.
- New Hire Orientation & Compliance:
- Lead and facilitate new hire orientation sessions and continually improve our process leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Oversee the completion and verification of I-9 forms in compliance with federal guidelines.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure all pre-start tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with Company Store vendor to ensure all new hires receive welcome gift
- Partner with ERGs to coordinate their involvement in internship program and new hire onboarding
- Partner with facilities to ensure building access for new hires.
- Recruiting Team Support:
- Assist with resume screening during high-volume recruiting periods for both immigration (ex. Visa lottery) and general recruiting
- Assist recruiters with greeting candidates for in-person interviews and access to building.
- Assist with contractor and intern conversions
- Support coordination and execution of the internship program including event planning and attending campus recruiting events.
- Manage candidate travel reimbursement process
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday preferred).
- Understanding I-9 compliance and onboarding best practices
