The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager, Process Optimization to join our team. The Associate Product Manager, Process Optimization will serve as a key facilitator of process optimization and maturation across CCC Product Management, including serving as a key point of contact between our Product Management and Corporate Legal departments, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination between the two areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve within a cross-portfolio product management team, understanding current processes and points of friction and developing plans to track and reduce efficiency drags.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and industry advisory groups.
- Assist with cross-portfolio product management processes—creating, communicating, implementing and evolving.
- Support product management in data analysis and dashboard creation, including and beyond management of legal processes.
- Act as a bridge between the Product Management and Corporate Legal teams, ensuring that information flows smoothly between the two departments.
- Work closely with both departments to coordinate projects and initiatives, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
- Assist the Corporate Legal team with legal research, drafting, and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to product development and management.
- Work with legal team to ensure that all product-related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide support to the Product Management team in the development and launch of new products, including conducting market research and analysis.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to product management and corporate legal matters.
- Managing CCC's questionnaire responses between product management and legal, to ensure timely turnaround of requests and recommend improvements to the process.
- Coordinate responses between Product Management, Legal, Sales and other operational, financial, technical and risk management parties within CCC.
- Work on other special projects as they become evident, to create a more efficient and effective product management function at CCC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, law, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a product management, process optimization or legal environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
