This position is in Cargill's food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Sample Room Specialist will organize, structure and handle all samples requests from sales and technical services. In this role, you will coordinate the sourcing and shipping of products and the reporting on the sample requests.

Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and document the tasks to identify, order and prepare delivery of samples and parcels following standard procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the different warehouses to ensure the stock and replenishment of standard items for the sample room.
- Maintain inventory management for supplies and cleaning of sample room.
- Report key performance indicators from the customer sampling activities and present the results.
- Understand and comply with safety regulations and other procedural compliance regulations.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
