✅ What You'll Do as a Home Health Aide

• Deliver personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Support safe mobility and transfers

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Monitor vital signs and help with medications as directed

• Report changes in client condition to clinical staff

Requirements for HHA Candidates

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the State of New Jersey

• Reliable transportation

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Fluent in English and familiar with HIPAA regulations
