Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards while enabling innovation and continuous improvement across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and operations teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard testing tools; work closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Implement manual and automated testing processes to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new releases meet our quality standards before deployment.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, contributing to process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advocate for best practices in QA methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of quality across the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related role.
- Strong experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools; proficiency in scripting or programming languages is a plus.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
