- You have demonstrated administrator experience with NICE WFM, Genesys, and Intradiem in a multi-site, multi-channel environment.
- You seek opportunities to create and enhance standard processes for how WFM and related systems are used and administered across the organization.

- You demonstrate agility in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change-management efforts that drive business outcomes.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $67,148-$107,437
Orange County Base Salary Range: $81,710-$130,736
Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $68,906-$110,250
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $71,519-$114,430
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
