Job description:

We are seeking experienced Senior Maximo EHS Business Process Lead with prior Maximo HSE rollouts for an engagement.

This position is responsible for business requirements, analysis, and design of functional and technical solutions for proposed and existing IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management HSE projects. Ensures that IT solutions meet current and proposed architecture standards. Develops conceptual, preliminary, and detailed multi-functional design solutions and determines the application and technology requirements. Responsible for documenting requirements, process flows, high-level solutions into DevOps and lead those requirements towards business approval and assist build execution throughout the closure and different stages including requirements, design, build, test, and implementation of the engagement. Figures out non-functional requirements of the solution, including availability and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

Requires extensive knowledge of EHS processes, systems development methodologies and systems integration methodologies. On-site presence may be required during the duration of the assignment.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in information technology or similar type of curriculum
  • 20+ years of Maximo Process lead and Solution designer.
  • Must have experience successfully rolling out EHS projects in IBM Maximo.
  • Energy and Utility domain experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Maximo features and functions. Certification is a plus but working knowledge of the system is more important.
  • Must have experience working in Maximo Safety Management, Work Management, Asset Management, Contract, Purchasing and Inventory Management modules.
  • In-Depth knowledge of Maximo integration framework, business application technical design and MAS 8.x Devops implementation.
  • Extensive knowledge of integrating legacy / COTS systems with IBM Maximo.
  • General knowledge of IT Application, Security, and Infrastructure architecture and design
  • The individual must be comfortable working across business and IT product center domains and can demonstrate the ability to easily shift between technical analysis and business value discussions.
  • Requires knowledge of systems development methodologies and systems integration methodologies.
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to identify the "real" issue or problem

Additional Job functions when expected

  • Work with the Program team to progress requirements to closure. Assist Functional and Technical Requirement documents for services being crafted and developed as part of this solution.
  • Collaborate with data architects and other portfolio/program architects across the organization to ensure the proposed solution aligns closely with the portfolio/enterprise level architecture
  • Be an IT liaison between various vendors and business staff for the project.
  • Lead IT tasks that are being completed on a timely basis per project timeline. This may include tasks such as steering Sprints Demos, CRP sessions, PMO meetings, leading client and team to follow business process set forth in business requirements, attending Change Control management meetings, developing implementation plans, etc.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $105,600 - $224,910 / year. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
