• Expertise in Data Management practices, including MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Catalog.
• In-depth knowledge of data integration processes and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data management issues and develop effective solutions.
• EM certification or equivalent qualifications in project management.
• Leadership capabilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of data management professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges proactively.
• Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The base salary range for the tagged location is 130,000 to 160,000.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
