Project Manager - Data Management Engagement Manager

Job description:

We are looking for Project Manager with strong experience in Data Management for an Engagement Manager role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. In addition, they should have 10+ years of Data Management experience and at least 5 years of Project Management experience. The candidate should have expertise in MDM (Master Data Management), Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Catalog. Knowledge in data integration would be a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial for this role. It's also mentioned that being EM certified is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing data management projects from initiation to completion.
  • Developing and implementing data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Leading a team of data management professionals to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Implementing and supporting MDM, Data Governance, and Data Quality initiatives.
  • Managing data integration processes and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
  • Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Required skills

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading data management projects.
  • Expertise in Data Management practices, including MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Catalog.
  • In-depth knowledge of data integration processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data management issues and develop effective solutions.
  • EM certification or equivalent qualifications in project management.
