Responsibilities
- The AI Enablement Specialist will assist the enablement team in training and empowering employees to utilize FGen AI/AI capabilities.
- This role involves organizing training sessions creating runbooks for AI events and ensuring employees can innovate using AI tools.
- Organize and execute company-wide AI training sessions and events.
- Develop runbooks and training materials for AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with the enablement team to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Assist to employees in using AI tools and platforms.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Assist the onboarding of new employees to the AI platform.
Required Skills
- Experience in organizing training sessions or events preferably in a Gen AI or AI-related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Gen AI/AI technologies and tools.
- Ability to create effective training materials and runbooks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
