Responsibilities

• The AI Enablement Specialist will assist the enablement team in training and empowering employees to utilize FGen AI/AI capabilities.
• This role involves organizing training sessions creating runbooks for AI events and ensuring employees can innovate using AI tools.
• Organize and execute company-wide AI training sessions and events.
• Develop runbooks and training materials for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with the enablement team to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Assist to employees in using AI tools and platforms.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Assist the onboarding of new employees to the AI platform.

Required Skills

• Experience in organizing training sessions or events preferably in a Gen AI or AI-related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Gen AI/AI technologies and tools.
• Ability to create effective training materials and runbooks.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
