Why do we need you? Well, we are looking for a Sr. Webinar Marketing Manager who will bring excellent storytelling skills, a strategic approach, and the ability to efficiently work cross-functionally. You'll report to the Manager of Campaign Marketing, and you will be responsible for owning the webinar channel for Calendly, from strategy, content creation and presentation, to reporting and analytics.

You will start with understanding our existing and previous webinar strategy and performance, and you will partner with other leads on the Marketing team to understand the needs & develop a strategy to increase Pipeline and ARR from this critical channel. You will take ownership for owning our Webinar channel, our top channel for driving MQLs. You will tell stories and use your passion for putting the customer first to help meet your goals.

On a typical day, you will be working on:

  • Building and presenting on webinars and other virtual experiences to support the full funnel, from thought leadership, product adoption, and upsell/cross-sell.
  • Experimenting with different formats and offers to improve webinar attendance and performance.
  • Partnering with Product and Solutions Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to create programs to hit the Marketing team goals.
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to promote webinar promotions to drive audience registration (web site, email campaigns, organic social media, co-marketing, etc.).
  • Leading the repackaging of all the content you create to fit into other coordinated marketing campaigns.
  • Securing speakers/presenters, partners, sales engineers for demos and customers for programs.
  • Coordinating registration and follow up for each webinar, including all drip campaigns.
  • Measuring the success of each webinar and report the results to management.

What do we need from you?

  • 3-5+ years of B2B demand generation experience with both enterprise and PLG marketing.
  • Community and customer-focused, with excellent storytelling skills through presentations and slides
  • Analytically-minded with a focus on target attainment, using data to inform strategies and priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to details
  • Experience working with marketing automation software such as Marketo
  • Experience working with CRM such as Salesforce, including campaign and lead management and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work optimally cross-functionally and with all levels within the organization
  • A growth mindset - always making improvements, trying new things, rolling with changes, failing fast, and a can-do attitude
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
