Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to coordinate design requirements and specifications for IT Construction projects related to land-based resorts operating in conjunction with cruise ships. The Senior Product Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging technology, design, and business requirements together. They ensure that the overall product designs align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility while providing insights and expertise to optimize design, scope and budgetary costs for the execution team to deliver against. This position will be a contract and hybrid in Miramar, FL.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist IT Product teams in converting product concepts into user stories, epics, and other design deliverables for execution, such as project briefs, scope documents, and infrastructure development

  • Align project requirements with IT and construction standards, supporting the execution team with project documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, performance monitoring, logistics, testing, and coordination of site capability requirements

  • Work with IT integration and service vendors (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Regulatory) and internal/external stakeholders (Architects, Marine Engineers, Turn Key Suppliers, Construction Contractor, and Outfitters)

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and architects to analyze technical feasibility, evaluate system requirements, identify risks, and propose solutions. Act as a subject matter expert for IT systems and digital tools

  • Use analytics tools to gather and interpret user data for informed product design decisions. Monitor KPIs and recommend changes to improve usability and efficiency

  • Liaise between IT and design teams to align on project timelines, requirements, and deliverables. Communicate technical constraints and opportunities to non-technical stakeholders clearly. Support cross-functional workshops and design reviews

  • Establish best practices for integrating IT and design processes, supporting Agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and iteration

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system workflows and specifications. Generate reports for stakeholders to track progress and identify improvement areas

  • Create estimates for projects under manager supervision, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and accountability for financial implications and cost of systems and services

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT and/or Hospitality

  • Experience in executing heavy IT infrastructure projects in construction environments

  • Experience with technical, user, and business issues in fast-paced large organizations

  • Experience creating requirement documentation and project artifacts

  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills, including executive-level communication

  • Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to develop project deliverables

  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of product management experience

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other standards

  • Sedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement around the office

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $46.00-50.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
