We are seeking a Business Support Analyst to provide support for various projects with critical data processing systems. This position is a full-time and hybrid W2 contract.
What You’ll Do
Support various applications and monitor the help desk
Accept help desk tickets, analyze reported problems, and assist users with timely resolutions
Document issues and resolutions, test applications to replicate reported issues

Understand and work with Use Cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), User Stories, Test Scripts, and other related documentation
Work in fast-paced projects, be organized, multitask, take initiatives, and be customer-friendly
What You’ll Need
Required:
3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Testing, and Customer Service/End User Support/Helpdesk Support
Knowledge of various documentation including BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Test Scripts, etc.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and workflows, assisting users with issue resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent study required
Physical Demands:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
