As a Business Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing support for critical data processing systems.

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Support Analyst to provide support for various projects with critical data processing systems. This position is a full-time and hybrid W2 contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Support various applications and monitor the help desk

  • Accept help desk tickets, analyze reported problems, and assist users with timely resolutions

  • Document issues and resolutions, test applications to replicate reported issues

Understand and work with Use Cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), User Stories, Test Scripts, and other related documentation

  • Work in fast-paced projects, be organized, multitask, take initiatives, and be customer-friendly

  • What You’ll Need

    Required:

    • 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Testing, and Customer Service/End User Support/Helpdesk Support

    • Knowledge of various documentation including BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Test Scripts, etc.

    • Ability to analyze complex business processes and workflows, assisting users with issue resolution

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent study required

    Physical Demands:

    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

    • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
