Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Managerto lead and coordinate large-scale integration projects within our enterprise technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background with hands-on knowledge of networking concepts, enterprise authentication (Single Sign-On), messaging/integration technologies, and will excel in communication and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology integration projects from a technology perspective across multiple systems and enterprise domains.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of multiple simultaneous projects(mainly regulatory reporting projects)
  • Working with corporate network team to apply understanding of TCP/IP networking and ensure secure and reliable network infrastructure in place
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of identity and access management solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks like SiteMinder.
  • Manage and drive integration using enterprise messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and IBM MQ, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for technical integrations, facilitating collaboration among architects, developers, business users, and external partners.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and drive resolution of issues and impediments.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, enterprise policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Help to run BAU activities and manage / control hosting costs for portfolio of products

  • Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of how software and integration technologies work in enterprise IT landscapes.
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, and design concepts.
  • Practical experience implementing or integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions such as CA SiteMinder (or similar).
  • Extensive experience with enterprise messaging/middleware integration, specifically Apache Kafka and IBM MQ.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver results on time and within scope.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to convey technical and business information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and collaboratively engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline (Master's preferred or equivalent experience)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or relevant Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
