Job Responsibilities:
Work with IT and business stakeholders to determine an improved platform to enhance business capabilities
Roadmap strategy and enhancements for a given business capability
Manage and prioritize a backlog of work, and coordinate with engineers and development teams to develop new capabilities.Â
Write business requirements and/or user stories to ensure solid execution of roadmap and backlog.
Coordinate releases across stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
Ensure scale and serviceability through evaluation of product readiness, gaps closure and consolidation of feedback across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring we hit or exceed SLAs and retire outdated technologies as appropriate

Design launch programs with partners to ensure that new releases are tested before wide-scale deployment
Perform implementation reviews, advocate new technologies, and ensure prompt resolution of technical challenges
* Serve as the point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders for questions regarding use, optimization, and adoption
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the financial services or fintech industries
3+ years of software development experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience building, consuming, and supporting APIs
Experience leading an AWS migration from a product perspective
Practitioner level of understanding of product management framework and best practices
Ability to understand business strategy and translate it into technical solutions
Attention to detail, combined with the ability to comprehend the big picture
Proven team leadership, project management, and group facilitation skills
Detail-oriented and possess excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
Has a strong can-do attitude and can build relationships with stakeholders both horizontally and vertically across the organization
