Responsibilities include:
- Develop and follow agile project management plan (Agile Ceremonies). Facilitate build requirements log (product backlog) with estimates and priority.
- Lead and Conduct Daily Scrum ceremonies/stand-up, Product backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review & Sprint Retrospective meetings.
- Remove blockers and impediments collaboration

- Track and report status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting
- Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects and programs through effective facilitation and leadership
- Improve transparency within the team

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of project management experience; handling sophisticated projects or multiple projects combined into a program with proven success
- Experienced in a Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team
- Knowledge of Agile approaches – Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques –
- Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, Pairing, Agile Games, etc.
- Solid grasp of Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence
- PMP or Scrum certification a Plus
- Experience with other development life cycle methodologies, particularly Waterfall
- Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency and servant leadership
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Consistent track record for delivering results
