We are seeking an accomplished marketing leader for Broadridge's buy-side investmentmanagement solutions, as well as associated solutions targetingAsset Manager, Asset Owner, Hedge Fund, Private Credit sectors. The ideal candidate will report to the head of asset management and issuer marketing and will play an important role in shaping the strategic marketing direction, driving engagement, and generating leads through innovative omnichannel programs.
You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and business partners to develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans. This role offers an extraordinary opportunity to drive engagement and revenue from critical and dynamic software and solution teams. As a key marketing leader, you'll manage the annual marketing planning cycle and budget, extract actionable insights from audience data, and spearhead stakeholder reporting. You will oversee public relations and event strategies that elevate our brand within the industry. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on select marketing programs in partnership with the global head of marketing for ICS - giving you broader exposure to senior leaders and strategic initiatives critical to the growth strategy of Broadridge.

Key responsibilities:
Strategic marketing leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with budgetary goals to achieve business and sales objectives for our asset management solutions.
- Craft a cohesive messaging framework to establish Broadridge as a leading solution provider in the asset management industry with a specific focus on alternatives- hedge funds and private credit.
- Partner with sales and business teams to understand market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and client needs, informing effective go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and collaborate with key buy-side influencers, including prime brokers, fund administrators, advisory consulting firms, and industry analysts, to create co-branded content and joint events that amplify thought leadership.
- Strategically identify, evaluate, and manage industry conference sponsorships to maximize brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Lead the planning and oversee the execution of sponsorship initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market positioning for high-impact results.
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives using digital-first tactics to ensure message continuity and broaden reach across target markets.
- Design scalable campaign structures that drive demand, enhance the sales pipeline, and elevate brand perception through high-impact events and thought leadership programs.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance both organic and paid Google search results, increasing visibility, engagement, and conversions in competitive global markets.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to manage SEM and SEO efforts, focusing on boosting website traffic and lead generation.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract insights and develop relevant, timely thought leadership content that resonates with the target audience and reinforces Broadridge's market position.
- Build marketing plans that ensure execution on regular cadence of activities in market.
- Administer the marketing calendar and budget, embracing a performance marketing culture to optimize the lead generation funnel.
- Measure and report on marketing activities to optimize ROI, refine strategies, and guide informed spending decisions.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- A seasoned B2B marketing professional with 7+ years of experience in financial services and/or technology, with a strong focus on the alternatives, private markets within the asset management industry.
- Demonstrated global marketing experience and a deep understanding of international markets.
- Expertise in leveraging social channels to bolster thought leadership and increase followership.
- Proven ability to translate business needs and audience insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Extensive experience in independently creating and executing multi-channel marketing programs.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with an "all hands on deck" mentality
- Exceptional project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple aspects of marketing initiatives, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Salary range $165,000.00- $175,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
