We are seeking a Senior Director -Product Manager to work at New York, office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy development and execution of a value based, feasible and viable data strategy across the suite of BAMS solutions. You will be partnering with cross functional teams across the business and the enterprise to develop, communicate and handle a data strategy and roadmap. You will work alongside a team of product managers and developers who will continually evolve how we run, use and demonstrate data across our businesses.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 1-2 people.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a data strategy crafted to unlock the value of data we have for our customers.

Find opportunities to provide business value through improvements to the data we collect, generate and make available to our customers.
Facilitate data standards and governance across the BAMS platform of solutions
Work with fellow Product Managers, the Product Innovation team and enterprise data architects to understand current state data architecture and develop the future state vision.
Work with 3rd party technology vendors and solution providers in order to execute the strategic vision.
Handle relationships with data vendors including negotiating redistribution or partner agreements
Build the product backlog and prioritize it based on business value
Provide industry knowledge regarding trends in data management solutions.
Engage customers to validate and prioritize the roadmap
* Communicate regularly with senior management and customers.
Qualification:
5+ years of Product Management experience
5+ years leading people
Knowledge and experience with financial services data within the asset management space
Understanding of data technology providers and trends within financial services
* Knowledge of data management best practices and industry standards
