We are looking for a skilled and driven Site Reliability Engineer to join our global team in Manila. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing the critical components of our real-time trading infrastructure. As part of a follow the sun global support model, you will work alongside production experts across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of these high-throughput platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Monitoring, Incident Management & L2/L3 Support
- Ensure the availability and health of market data and ticker plant platforms, proactively detecting and resolving issues.
- Participate in global production shifts to provide 24/5 coverage, including occasional off-hours or weekend support.
- Lead incident response efforts: triage, communicate status to stakeholders, and conduct post, mortems with a focus on long, term prevention.
- Monitor and analyze system capacity, latency, and throughput, proactively planning upgrades and improvements.
- Use telemetry and analytics to predict trends and prevent outages or degradations.
- Own the change control process, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Deploy platform upgrades and enhancements with a focus on automation, repeatability, and reliability.
- Continuously improve tooling for monitoring, failover, and recovery using scripts and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Drive technical projects to modernize platform reliability, observability, and self-healing capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of scalable market data infrastructure across multiple global regions.
- Champion the adoption of SRE best practices and help shape the future of reliability engineering within the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support, SRE, or DevOps roles within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of Market Data systems, including Ticker Plant architecture, feed handlers, and multicast/unicast data flows.
- Hands, on expertise in:
- Linux (RHEL) administration and performance tuning.
- Scripting: Bash, Python, Perl, or similar.
- DevOps tooling: Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitoring & observability: Nagios, ITRS, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk.
- Network protocols and troubleshooting in low, latency environments.
- Familiarity with Docker, and cloud or hybrid infrastructure is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial market protocols (e.g., FIX) is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and incident/change management best practices.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Committed, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing schedules or shift rotations.
- Self, motivated and capable of driving solutions independently.
