Key Responsibilities:
- It will be a combination of Project Management and Business Analyst role with good understanding of technologies.
- Tech BA will be the Process Enforcer and Scrum Master - and responsible for collecting requirements from Product Management, grooming backlog items, driving estimation discussions, organizing sprints, tracking progress and driving retrospective meetings.
- Tech BA will facilitate the client demonstrations.
- TechBA will contribute to Functional Specifications
- Tech BA will collect the feedback from stakeholders, clients and counterparts to reorganize the scope
- TechBA will validate the functionality and help debug non-technical issues prior to live
- TechBA will help to unblock inter-team dependencies.
- TechBA will document findings and user guides
- Tech BA sends out the status reports weekly and responds to questions on status
- TechBA coordinates with SRE on deployments and communicates to stakeholders
- Passion to learn new technologies and willingness to step into the shoes of Product owner over the time.

- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Must have working knowledge of JIRA and KANBAN.
- Must have been an active part of Engineering team that delivered full-stack and cloud solutions
- Strong communication skills and Great inter-personal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Moderate coding and debugging skills
- Good to have knowledge on Confluence.
- Good to have some knowledge on GenAI and Cloud solutions.
