You will be a part of a Global team (GPSD - Global Product Strategy & Development) that generates, develops, evaluates, and launches new product ideas in support of Capital's mission to improve people's lives through successful investing.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will assist the GPSD team in a variety of ways to help support the design and development of Capital's product roadmaps. This may include helping prepare presentations for use in educating client groups and investment groups. You will partner with more experienced analysts and specialists in conducting quantitative and qualitative research related to product design activities. This includes industry scans, competitor analysis and marketplace flows.

  • You will gather research and data required to develop long-term strategy and roadmaps.
  • You will support the development and rollout of new products and capabilities
  • You can support product leads in the creation, analysis and development of product plans and business cases.
  • You will serve as a resource in developing launch plans.
  • You can manipulate or re-organize large amounts of data across multiple sources to uncover key trends and create compelling exhibits that effectively communicate findings.
  • You will support projects impacting a product line.
  • You will partner with analysts, specialists and others in pulling, analyzing, and interpreting key investment design elements for Capital's offerings as well as those of competitors. This analysis could be requested for a variety of vehicles, such as: solutions, mutual funds, ETFs, collective investment trusts, separately managed accounts (SMAs) and segregated account mandates.

Skills/qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor's degree, Advanced degree (MBA or other) a plus.
  • You have preferably 3+ years of relevant financial services product management experience.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze opportunities / issues and to recommend business solutions.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $84,894-$135,830

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
