You should get wildly excited about brand and messaging frameworks, naming principles, color palettes, and tone of voice guidelines - and the very practical, real-world use of them. And since you'll be working with cross functional team - our creative director, digital channel managers, segment marketing teams, regional marketing leads, sales and sales ops, and a number of agencies - you'll need to balance your collaboration, leadership, and evangelist skills thoughtfully. Our open, diverse, and fun culture is our strongest asset, and we'll look to you to add to it.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely. We travel occasionally to collaborate in person or attend company or industry events.

Role Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve Broadridge's global brand strategy, including naming, messaging frameworks, and communications standards across our channels; collaborate with segment marketing, sales, and product teams on brand architecture
  • Help develop updates to the Broadridge brand, across our visual system, voice and tone, and guidelines for each of our marketing channels (digital, events, print, editorial content, environmental, swag)
  • Roll out these updates across the entire 15k+ associate organization, applying worldclass change management to ensure teams, understand, can apply, and are excited about them
  • Collaborate with segment marketing teams, and regional marketing teams across the globe, to help tune marketing efforts to harmonize with the enterprise brand
  • Reimagine and manage the ongoing associate engagement program for the company, leveraging communication, training and "evangelism" activities for the company's associates and key groups, including internal business partners, sales, client services and external agency partners
  • Work with the Events team to develop the creative strategy and execution, for our positioning across all hundreds of corporate and business events
  • Manage our ongoing brand study to monitor how our target audiences view the Broadridge brand across an array of brand attributes, interpret the results, and be the voice internally of the findings and implications
  • Serve as counsel and partner for business and enterprise marketing teams on marketing strategies and tactics, internal and external creative work, and agency management
  • Collaborate with the internal brand, design, and digital channel teams to workshop ongoing work, tuning it to support the brand strategy and ensuring brand standards are met
  • Manage a high-performing brand manager
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 12+ years' experience in brand and marketing experience, mostly for B2B; tech, fintech, and/or financial services a plus
  • Experience managing and evolving a complex enterprise brand across industries and global regions, with demonstrated success in collaborating with and influencing teams across a complex organization
  • Expertise in, and hands-on experience with, corporate branding positioning, brand messaging and marketing communications with the ability to drive, implement, and operationalize the brand strategy in a matrixed, consensus-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, editorial content, and analytics and how they work together to inform decisions that affect the brand
  • A balance of brand-related academic rigor and practicality to help achieve tasks and drive KPIs (...not that the two are mutually exclusive)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing leaders on learnings and recommendations, with a focus on change management
  • Experience managing and mentoring others
  • A desire to make a huge impact on an already successful brand with great products and people
