We are looking for an experienced sales executive and Brokerage business expert who can bring immediate value through leadership, product expertise and strategy design to our successful and growing Wealth Product Sales team with a specific focus on Operations outsourcing. Ours is a client-centric culture that develops long term partnerships with our Financial Services clients to solve their most pressing business needs. We have a full solution of technology and Operational services that enable our clients to focus on their core business, leverage data and analytics to better run them and communicate dynamically with their clients. Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with sales and business leadership teams to develop and drive strategy.
- Assist in forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.
- Provide strategic oversight in the creation of presentations, proposals and RFP responses.
- Develop strategic sales plan (individual and team) around the identification of specific accounts in order to sell all Wealth products and services and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Introduce Broadridge to senior executives at potential clients and develop and expand these relationships both horizontally and vertically within account.
- Manage internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales process including legal, finance, product specialists and senior management.
- Maintain a constant awareness of current and planned development of Broadridge products.
- Interface with clients to keep them abreast of product information.
- Represent Broadridge at conferences and other industry-related events to help strengthen existing relationships, develop new relationships, remain current on industry issues, increase awareness of competitive offerings, and promote Broadridge products and services.
- Results-oriented professional with extensive sales and business management experience in b-to-b sales; selling technology and service solutions to C-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Financial Services Industry, ideally specific to broker dealer markets with operations expertise.
- 10+ years in within the Financial Services Industry ideally with management experience
- Skilled negotiator and experienced leader in managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas and effectively forecast and manage to quotas.
- Excellent C-level oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel to clients and prospects.
- Bachelor's Degree with strong record achievement.
- Previous training in and experience with a sales methodology.
- Strong technical foundation. Ability to use CRM, Office, social tools, etc.
