BU Details:

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and prioritize the development team's work to ensure alignment with product vision and company goals.
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects market needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to refine the product vision and strategy.
  • Handle end-to-end delivery of product features from concept through to launch.
  • Ensure solutions meet business objectives and end-user needs through continuous feedback and iteration.
  • Manage and evaluate the backlog, setting priorities based on customer feedback, strategic value, and technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate communication and articulate the product's vision clearly to both the development team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.
  • Act as product champion, advocating for beneficial changes and enhancements to drive product success.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Graduate (BE, B.Tech, B.Com) and Postgraduate (M.Tech/MBA) with 2-4 years of experience in product management or relevant domain.
  • Deep understanding of Reference data, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking.
  • Strong capability to produce and manage detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and familiar with the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact across diverse teams and cultures globally.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing tasks and managing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement and driving implementation.
  • Expertise in using project management tools and business analysis software.
  • Competent in database management and intermediate SQL knowledge.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge on Reporting tools like PowerBI / Tableau.
  • Knowledge on Automation tools like Ui Path.
