- You will be accountable for financial tracking and reporting on
1. Headcount
2. Vendor Spend
3. Recruitment pipeline
- Owns reporting p&l for given workstream to Program office
- Manages headcount
- You'll assist with mailbox questions and suggestions relating around data entry of new and existing project estimates.
- You will be responsible for managing the financial budgeting (planning and actuals vs. forecast), headcount forecasting and tracking, reporting and communications
- You'll monitor progress and prepare reports and dashboards, providing timely and accurate updates to team/clients regarding inquiries, issue resolution and statuses of work in progress until resolution is determined and completed.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven ability to synthesize data and inputs from different areas/teams
- Ability to generate high quality reports and presentations using advanced functions in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and oral and written skills
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- Skill in working in a diverse team environment with various personality types to get the work done.
- Experience with overall client advocacy, including the ability to maintain the highest level of contact with clients to assure a strong, positive relationship exists.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, keen attention to detail with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
