Operations Trading Specialist (CONTRACT) REMOTE

CO Salary Range: USD 32.00 - 36.00 per hour

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking an Operations Trade Specialist (~8 AM ET - 4 PM ET) for our Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ office. As an Operations Specialist you will coordinate and assist resolving trade inquiries and rejects, along with submission of trades. Work-Mode: This role has offices in Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ that you can work in. This can be a remote role where you will work off-site, though. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

• You will research and resolve trade reject errors
• Build successful relationships with mutual fund companies and various trading partners
• Resubmit rejected trades for management to approve
• Enter trades per client requests
• Notifying fund companies of Large Trades
• Run various trading reports for vendors and or clients
• You will engage with IT Support when needed for support
• Work accurately within daily deadlines

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years equivalent experience. Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
• One year of financial services experience, preferably in the brokerage or mutual fund industry
• Strong social and customer service skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in time-sensitive tasks
• Ability work in a harmonious environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Ability to multi-task, excellent time management and follow-up skills
