Transfer Agent managerial position. Role requires strong knowledge of the securities transfer, transfer agency, brokerage and securities processing business.
Responsible for operational activities, including:
- Dividend (cash) processing including reinvestment
- Dividend (stock) processing
- Deposit of funds for share purchase activity
- Review/processing of sales requests
- Communication with broker-dealer to facilitate daily trading (buy and/or sell) across multiple issues
- Initiation of wire requests on bank portals based on review of request documents
- Production of stock certificates as needed based on transfer activity
- Review of client/BR stock plan documents to identify and implement plan parameters

- Review processes to identify and address inefficiencies
- Recommend technology enhancements to address process improvements as needed
- Conduct testing on these enhancements, including regression testing
The position will also require the management of a team of individuals who support the operational goals of the business related to purchase/sales plans, dividends, and the Vault/Wires team.
