Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and provide feedback on system infrastructure, assisting with design and implementation
- Develop fully automated pipelines for building, deploying, and testing applications across multiple environments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and delivery in both cloud and on-premises environments
- Become familiar with the product codebase and architecture, and collaborate with hardware and software vendors for support globally
- Participate in cross-functional projects, working collaboratively with international teams to address issues, release schedules, and system administration matters
- Lead by example through professional conduct and actions

- Hands-on experience with system automation using Python, PowerShell, or automation frameworks such as Chef or Terraform to deliver infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Ability to containerize applications and manage artifact repositories
- Strong troubleshooting skills for deployment issues, with a focus on automation over manual intervention
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and tools (such as Jenkins or GitLab)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and principles, including application routing
- Administration or engineering experience with Linux, Windows, or similar operating systems
- Demonstrated strong operations and service delivery skills, working effectively with distributed (onshore and offshore) teams
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Groovy, Python, or Ansible to automate manual tasks
- Experience in dynamic Agile environments, including effective project planning and estimation to adapt to evolving requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, preferably AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Demonstrated strong written and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to team members, stakeholders and senior management
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Linux or Windows certifications
- Experience supporting financial systems in a global computing environment
- Proven record of success in a matrix/multicultural organization with demonstrated increasing responsibilities
- Experience tuning and troubleshooting for performance
