Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Business Analyst with OMS to work remotely on contract basis. In this role, your primary objective is to manage all aspects of delivering detailed functional requirements for various types of development projects, while ensuring all details are communicated and approved by key internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure Broadridge BA COE best practices are followed and executed for optimal results.
1. Responsibilities:
- You will manage the Identification, analysis, and thorough documentation the current- and future-state business processes that require enhancements
- You will design and develop requirements for waterfall or agile projects, where assigned responsibilities include writing basic functional specifications by a set deadlines , participating in daily scrum sessions and writing story cards, or gathering and composing other on-demand documentation with short turnaround time

- You will develop, improve and oversee the review and validation of written specifications with the subject matter experts, development team members, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time completion with all necessary signoffs
- You will provide status reports to management on an ongoing basis, stating progress and any issues that impede it
- You will craft & implement solutions to address any issues
2. Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years financial/brokerage services experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on large scale software implementation projects is a plus
- B.A/B.S degree required
- Product Management / Business Analysis experience in brokerage or IT environment necessary, specifically in the Order Management space
- Experience with flexible business rules engines is a plus
- A resourceful self-starter who is comfortable interacting and coordinating with numerous internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent business and technical writing skills are a must
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage time appropriately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt accordingly
