Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as aBusiness Analystin Manila, where you will play a crucial role at the intersection of client relations, technology, and financial services. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly onboarding clients, building and deploying essential trade templates, ensuring robust connectivity, and supporting both testing and ongoing system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of clients - Requirements gathering from client and vendor, and production set up
• Deploying/building trade templates and jobs - Setting up necessary templates and coding to match spec file
• Connectivity - Establishing connection to vendors SFTP/FTP, and updating expired keys or passwords
• Testing - Trading scenarios mirror what's currently being traded
• Aiding support with existing clients - Adjusting/updating current trade files or recons, and implementing additional logic
• Review and prioritize software problems and advocate for these problems to be corrected in an efficient manner.
• Provide training and other support tobusinessareas including traders, customer support teams and others.

Your Profile

• BS/BA degree required. Must have a minimum of 2+ years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with FTP/SFTP, transport protocols and PGP encryption
• Experience in SQL, C# and VBA
• Ability to work in a team environment with emphasis on collaboration with both clients and other internal service teams.
• Experience working with broker/dealers, clients and vendors (desired skills)
• Understanding of equities, listed derivatives, FX, OTC derivatives & fixed Income (desired skills)
