In this role, you will evolve enterprise content capabilities and oversee the strategy that allows Bristol Myers Squibb to meet customer and patient needs by providing timely, relevant, customized content. Youll positively impact the company by enabling better relationships with our customers across all channels including digital, face-to-face, print and more.

Purpose/Objective of this Role:

  • Develop, lead and coach an expert team responsible for evolving BMS modular content strategy and capabilities to enable content reuse, easy assembly, and distribution of content across channels and customers
  • Establish an above brand modular content strategy and identify mechanisms for pull through, management and governance
  • Work with key stakeholders across BMS to establish and create KPIs measuring the success/learnings of all initiatives
  • Serve as the primary connection point to medical and view across the enterprise modular content capability needs
  • Lead on new and evolving content capabilities and key enhancements within the content capability ecosystem, and work with a matrix of partners to facilitate execution of initiatives
  • Interface with senior levels of leadership on key initiatives to educate and drive alignment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation culture in the content capability landscape. Coordinate with business and omni-channel capability leads to evolve content capabilities with a metrics- and analytics-driven approach
  • Lead the initial creation, socialization and onboarding of modular content operating models and capability roadmaps with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory Standards
  • Identify opportunities for synergies and collaboration within and across markets.
  • Provide expertise into the ongoing evolution of content capabilities and operations by working with business leads and WCC on critical business priorities
  • Accountable and manages modular content operational model regarding navigation, workflow and processes for the content management systems including digital asset management repositories and content playbook
  • Escalation point of contact to provide guidance and advisement to senior stakeholders and external partners with managing and delivering modular content through the end-to-end content management process
  • Maintain view of the competitive landscape across the pharma industry to identify and drive best practices within modular content
