We’re looking for a Project Manager to help keep the Marketing Team running smoothly—someone who can support workflow across teams, track progress, coordinate logistics, and help ensure that once work is approved, it flows cleanly from idea to delivery.

This role is well-suited for someone with experience supporting creative and marketing work across teams—and could be a strong fit for candidates at different stages in their career who are energized by driving clarity, momentum, and execution.
Key Responsibilities - Project Flow & Coordination
- Manage intake and tracking for all approved marketing projects (across brand, experiences, and digital)
- Help project leads define basic scope, roles, timelines, and milestones
- Track progress using tools like Asana and ensure visibility across the team
- Surface resourcing gaps, missed steps, or delays early so they can be addressed quickly
- Coordinate the flow of quick-turn (Express) projects through the team
Key Responsibilities - Team Rhythm & Operations
- Support the team’s weekly and monthly operating cadence: scheduling meetings, maintaining shared tools, and tracking follow-ups
- Help organize quarterly and annual planning meetings (e.g., OKR sessions) in partnership with team leads
- Maintain and improve templates, tracking boards, checklists, and workflow tools
- Assist with documentation of processes and team standards
Key Responsibilities - Cross-Team Support
- Partner with teammates across brand, experiences, and digital marketing to keep work organized, visible, and moving
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and freelancers on deliverables and schedules
- Keep marketing leadership informed about project status, resourcing issues, and operational flow
Key Responsibilities - Internal Marketing Projects
- Manage internal team initiatives such as process improvements, team development efforts, tooling upgrades, and documentation

- The marketing team has visibility into what's in flight, who owns what, and what’s next
- Quick-turn projects are triaged and delivered smoothly
- Meetings are purposeful, and follow-ups are clear and timely
- Internal tools and systems make work easier, not harder
- Projects don’t get stuck—teams are supported and things move forward consistently
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or marketing ops
- Experience working with or within creative teams (agency, brand studio, or in-house marketing)
- Familiar with project tracking tools like Asana, Airtable, Notion, or Trello
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple timelines
- Strong communicator—written, verbal, and digital
- Collaborative and calm under pressure
Core Skills
- Project Workflow Management: Skilled at maintaining and improving systems and tools that keep work flowing efficiently across marketing teams and the organization
- Project Setup: Comfortable helping define deliverables, timelines, and roles—ensuring alignment at the outset of a project
- Prioritization Awareness: Understands how to surface what’s urgent or at risk and when to escalate, especially in fast-moving environments
- Cross-Team Communication: Keeps stakeholders informed and aligned through clear updates, meeting coordination, and consistent follow-through
- Problem Solving: Proactively identifies blockers and helps teams find solutions that balance speed and quality
- Clear Documentation: Produces meeting notes, task lists, briefs, and updates that help the team stay on the same page
Preferred But Not Required
- Experience supporting both quick-turn and longer-term creative work
- Familiarity with OKR or similar planning frameworks
- Interest in improving team systems and processes
- Ability to adapt and stay focused in fast-moving environments
Compensation:
- Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
