Responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Systems Sr Analyst with expert-level experience in Blackline. You’ll act as a bridge between Finance/Accounting and IT, ensuring our systems run smoothly, data remains accurate, and users are empowered through training and support.

 

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize the Blackline platform, including user access, workflows, and reporting.
  • Lead transformation initiatives for account reconciliations, journal entries, and task management.
  • Identify automation opportunities and build dashboards using PowerBI.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support JSOX requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, local accounting teams, and corporate finance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and develop best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or financial governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Blackline and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Alteryx.
  • Experience with SAP.
