Responsibilities

Provides platform administration and product ownership of Bridgestone’s Global Adobe platforms and supporting integrations. A successful candidate in this role will work closely with our business units across the globe, Adobe partners, and internal teams to provide user management and support across our Adobe products. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of project management, is detail-oriented, and can work cross-functionally.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with our organizational goals, addresses our stakeholders’ needs, and drives continuous growth and improvement.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams:
    • To understand their needs and requirements related to assigned products.
    • To troubleshoot issues and manage support requests with the Adobe Success Team.
    • To manage the backlog of enhancements and feature requests.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders for product training and support on assigned Adobe products.
  • Stay informed about the Adobe roadmap and service outages to report out as needed.
  • Prepare reports detailing adoption accomplishments and improvement opportunities.
  • Own and manage the Admin Console to centrally manage user permissions, product profiles, and support tickets:
    • Establish and maintain governance around user roles, permissions, and taxonomy across all stakeholders.
    • Work with stakeholders as needed when onboarding new teammates or Adobe products.
  • Oversee and collaborate with IT on the technical architecture of our Adobe ecosystem as new integrations are needed.
  • Liase with the Digital Enablement and Customer Data teams to identify and track KPIs and metrics, delivering updates to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits of permissions and user activity to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Decision making guided by a customer-centric mindset and the strategic objectives of area of specialization.
  • Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree.
  • Experience with Adobe Products Suite (AEM, AEP, Creative Cloud, Admin Console) and other marketing technology
  • Experience collaborating with technical product teams including offshore resources and working in matrixed environments.
  • Passionate about technology and committed to continual improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Automotive, manufacturing industry, and/or retail experience preferred
